Returns

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product, according to applicable local consumer laws.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be in its original condition;

  • show no excessive signs of use;

  • include original packaging whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • photos of the product;

  • order number;

  • description of the issue.

After review, we may:

  • send a replacement product;

  • issue a partial or full refund;

  • provide store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty or personal care products may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted in cases involving:

  • manufacturing defects;

  • damaged items;

  • incorrect products sent.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

If a skincare item arrives damaged, we may send a replacement free of charge after reviewing the photos provided.
